We’ve got all sorts of ways to shop with Etta + Billie this month and next month. If you’re in SF, you can catch us at one of four holiday shows (we’ll have new scents and some new products launching at each along with special show only pricing), plus a show in LA in December for all you SoCal fans. Can’t make it to one of the events to shop? Not to worry, you can always order online (be sure to sign up for our newsletter because we’ve got something really special planned for the end of the month). Hope to see you at one of these events!

I’m spending the next few days prepping for a pop up at Topo Designs in San Francisco on Thursday as part of their A-Frame Series where they highlight local makers. If you’ve never heard of Topo, they discover and curate high quality American made goods with a hip outdoorsy vibe. I’ve got my eye on a few of their flannel shirts (I’m a sucker for a good button up). I’m so excited to be in their space with the delicious Fort Point Brewery (I love a good craft beer). Stop by for some soap, a beer and maybe a new backpack, cause, it will almost be Friday, so you should treat yourself.
Thursday, August 18th from 6pm – 8pm
645 Divisadero St
San Francisco, CA 94117
You can RSVP here at Topo’s facebook page.
After a lifetime of loving to be around plants and studying herbalism and also noticing how many talented herbalists and diversity of plant life Northern California held, Lisa Kurtz opened West County Herb Company
in 2008 to celebrate and support the plants that grow here and the people who are crafting beautiful products. West County
Herb Company carries locally grown bulk herbs and locally made herbal products, soaps, candles, etc. They also carry medicine-making supplies, oils, bees’ wax, salts and glassware for those who are wanting to do some creating of their own.
Lisa wanted the shop to be a place where people felt comfortable to come in, smell the wonderful aroma of herbs, ask questions, look through our reference library, sip some tea and feel comforted and soothed by the surroundings and the herbs themselves. She wanted to create a place that invited you to slow down and be in your body and discover ways to enhance the feeling of wellness and connection that is within us when we take time to notice.
The first Monday of the Month at 6:00 there is a free lecture given by a guest speaker at an event space adjacent to West County Herb Company. Some of the most well-respected herbalists in the area (and beyond) have generously given their time to these wonderful talks. The space also hosts other classes and events.
