Cedar is indeed a variety of Evergreen and adds a delicious flavor to meats when grilled. This smokey and sweet cedar-plank salmon recipe is so simple yet so rich in taste. Simply combine smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, and pepper for the rub. Then, transfer the salmon onto your cedar planks for a woodsy, robust taste that simply cannot be replicated! Just don’t forget to soak your plank in water before tossing in the oven or on the grill.
