It's so easy to get started! While you're shopping the website, choose to subscribe for our soap, sea salt scrub, lotion, hand + body wash, or liquid soap refills. Mix and match however you like! We'll send you a reminder 3 days before your subscription is set to be shipped out, in case you want to add more items to your order. Please note, you cannot modify your subscription in under 24 hours notice.
How do I sign up?
You first need to have an account on our online store. Simply head towww.ettaandbillie.com/account and sign up. From there, you can go to the product & scent you’re looking for and select ‘Subscribe & Save’ when you add to your cart. Select your frequency by clicking on the drop down button that says ‘Deliver every…”. We'll handle the rest!
Can I add it to my cart with other items?
Absolutely! You can even plan to add more items to your shipment by logging into your account and setting up your next order. Go to Manage Subscriptions, Add a Product, and then browse the Etta + Billie product selection to find the items you’d like to add.
Can I skip a delivery, edit my delivery date, or change the frequency of my delivery if I need to?
Yes! Simply log in to your Etta + Billie account and go to “Manage Subscriptions”. From there, click on Next Subscription, and at the bottom of the page (in small print) click on “Skip This Order” and adjust the delivery schedule as you need.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course (we get it), all you have to do is sign in to your account and head to Manage Subscriptions. Click "Edit" on the product in your subscription and scroll down to the bottom left to "Cancel This Subscription". Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your order is scheduled to ship!
