Antioxidant Benefits of Lemongrass

Like a lot of our products, lemongrass is loaded with antioxidants that contain free radicals (which go to work to rid your body of diseases. Lemongrass also has amazing anti inflammatory powers. Two of the dominant compounds in lemongrass - citral and geranial - are in charge of decreasing inflammation within the body. Have any common tummy problems? Start drinking lemongrass tea to ease cramping and other digestive issues - it even prevents ulcers! Lemongrass is perfect for daily detoxing & strengthening your digestive tract!

Powerful Health Effects of Mint

Granted, there are a few different types of mint (most commonly peppermint & spearmint), but mint has a high does of vitamin A and also (you guessed it) antioxidant benefits! Studies show that while mint is great for calming ingestion and increasing gut health - it's powerful health benefits come from skin contact, capsules, and aromatherapy. Mint is notably known for increasing brain function when its essential oil is diffused! I also use it to keep away spiders during certain months (side note). My favorite way to get mint's health benefits and its aromatherapy power is through fresh mint leaves in hot water - the purest loose leaf tea out there!
